When minimal luxury meets compact design…

The architectural office of Konstantina Syngkiridis, has undertaken the complete renovation of the existing residence with the aim of comfort and austerity of the design.
The office’s approach concerns all handlings of a comprehensive design and interventions, focusing on the process of supervision, construction and renovation, highlighting the new character of “Star of the sea” in Mykonos, Chora.

With a clean, minimal approach, the classic elements of the residence were replaced with modern details, creating a timeless trend in interior design and an overall “warm” aesthetic, perfectly in tune with the style of the island, making the most of every square meter.
At the same time, the office, along with its associates, curated the logo and the inscription on the house.
