In the new architectural proposal, emphasis was placed on the utilization of all the unexploited so far spaces and their maximum functionality, so that the new house fully meets the requirements of the owners.

The undivided space of the kitchen and the living room, through some innovative ideas of architectural design, decoration and clean lines, transfuses a unique outcome of discrete luxury in the space. In addition, the palette of materials and the way in which the light invades the apartment, contribute to the creation of a warm, calm atmosphere.

The style of the space is inspired by the “Pouli” (Bird), area of Mykonos (hence Birdhouse) and manages to enrich the visitor’s experience, challenging him to a constant dialogue with nature and the external environment.
